Come riportato nel post relativo allo STEP 14, il colore derivante dallo Scheele's Green è riconducibile alle gradazioni del lime green. Questo pigmento artificiale è stato impiegato in diversi quadri, decorazioni e vestiti fin quando non si è scoperta la sua tossicità.
